The renovation of the headquarters of Perfetti Van Melle, a leading Italian company in the production of chewing gum and sweets, was carried out by Studio Archea di Marco Casamonti to adapt the image of the factory to the values of the brand. The project included the construction of a new automated warehouse, a picking area, a new office building, a concierge and a winter garden, in addition to the reorganization of the internal road network, new employee parking lots and the redesign of the green areas. The industrial buildings were clad in glass and titanium zinc alloy (Rheinzink) facades for a modern look and greater durability. The shipping warehouse is equipped with a natural light diffusion system for uniform illumination. The technical solutions provided by MAP include the facade structure, the external cladding, the stairs, the office building and the warehouse roof. This project not only improves operational efficiency, but also reflects the brand's commitment to sustainability, innovation and employee well-being.
